COLLECTING YOUR SHOW PLUS VOUCHERS
Your vouchers are necessary for reservations and redemption of the various elements of the Show Plus package. Your Show Plus vouchers can be collected in two ways, depending on when you book:
1. Mail delivery: If you are purchasing more than 10 days before you intend to use, you can select “Standard Australian Post” as the delivery method. The voucher will then be mailed to you.
2. Box Office collection: If you are purchasing less than 10 days before you intend to use, you will need to collect your vouchers from the Box Office.
If collecting your voucher from Box Office on the night of your performance, please allow ample time to park, collect your vouchers, get to the restaurant of your choice (and back again for your performance, if applicable).
As a guide, Circular Quay is approximately a 10 minute stroll to Sydney Opera House.

DINING
What’s included
A 2-course pre-theatre meal consisting of one entrée and one main or one main and one dessert. You will make your selections from a specially designed menu (not the regular a-la carte menu) – which will vary depending on the restaurant.
What’s excluded
Beverages are excluded.
Bookings essential
Bookings with your chosen restaurant are essential.
You must make these direct with the restaurant yourself.
Our Partner Restaurants are in demand and may become fully booked.
Particularly for groups of 4 people or more, we recommend you allow as much time as possible to make your arrangements with the restaurants to avoid disappointment.
If you cannot get into a restaurant of your choice on the evening of your choice, you can choose another restaurant or book for another night.
Restaurant bookings are subject to availability and to any terms and conditions of the restaurant, including the restaurant’s trading hours and closures to the public as a result of special events or special bookings.
At the time of booking
Advise the restaurant you are redeeming your Sydney Opera House Show Plus Dining voucher.
Check pre-theatre dining times, as these may vary from restaurant to restaurant. As a guide, pre-theatre dining is generally from 6.00 – 7.30pm.
Inform the restaurant of any special requirements including dietary, at the time of booking.
When arriving at the restaurant
Present your Dining voucher on arrival to the restaurant. Please note that you cannot claim your dining benefit without presenting a valid voucher.
All beverages and any additional food requested are at your own cost and payable by you directly to the restaurant.
Getting to your performance
Please allow ample time after your meal to get to Sydney Opera House for the start of your performance, if applicable.
As a guide, Circular Quay is approximately a 10 minute stroll to Sydney Opera House.
Some performances may have a lockout where latecomers will not be able to enter the theatre until a suitable time as decided by the Theatre Manager on the night.
INTERVAL DRINKS While not essential, you can pre-order your interval drinks by calling +61 2 9250 7868. Advise the Theatre bars you will be redeeming your Show Plus Drink vouchers.
Otherwise, present your Drink vouchers at one of the Theatre Bars. Theatre Bars are located in the Concert Hall, Opera Theatre and Western Foyer (Drama Theatre, The Studio and The Playhouse) and are open 1 hour prior to performance and during intervals, if there is one.
Redeemable for any beverage excluding French Champagne.
The Drink vouchers are not redeemable at Guillaume at Bennelong, Opera Bar, Sidewalk Café & Bar, or Bistro Mozart.
THE ESSENTIAL TOURTours depart between 9am and 5pm daily – except on Good Friday and Christmas Day.
Present your The Essential Tour voucher at the Sydney Opera House Guided Tours Desk, located in the Box Office foyer.
PARKING
The Sydney Opera House Show Plus Parking voucher is on a per transaction basis, not per person.
Only available at the Wilson Parking Car Park at Sydney Opera House, 2 Macquarie Street, Sydney. Subject to availability.
Collect your Wilson Parking ticket as you proceed through the boom gates, upon entering the car park.
Present your Wilson Parking ticket in conjunction with your Sydney Opera House Show Plus Parking voucher to the attendant at the pay station for validation.
Your Sydney Opera House Show Plus Parking voucher is only valid on the night of the performance from 5pm to 1am.
The Sydney Opera House Show Plus Parking voucher can not be used with any other offer.
ACCOMMODATION
What’s included
Your accommodation voucher includes a one night stay in a standard room at a participating hotel, room only. What’s excluded
Additional charges incurred during the stay, such as room service, restaurant meals (other than those included as a voucher in the Platinum Package), in-house movies or any other charges are not included and must be paid upon checkout.
Bookings essential
Reservations with your chosen hotel are essential.
You must make these direct with the hotel yourself.
Our hotel partners are in demand and may become fully booked. If you cannot get into the hotel of your choice on the evening of your choice, you can choose another hotel or book for another night.
Hotel bookings are subject to availability and to any terms and conditions of the hotel, including the hotel’s trading hours and closures to the public as a result of special events or special bookings.
At the time of booking
Advise the hotel you are redeeming your Sydney Opera House Show Plus Hotel voucher.
When arriving at the hotel
Present your Hotel voucher on arrival to the hotel.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR SHOW PLUS PACKAGEEach voucher must be presented at the relevant place for redemption.
Each voucher is valid from 6 months from time of purchase – with the exception of the Sydney Opera House Show Plus Parking voucher, which must be used on the night of the performance.
The vouchers are not replaceable, refundable, and cannot be redeemed for any other products.
They are transferrable to a different name – with the exception of the Sydney Opera House Show Plus Parking voucher.
